The staff were all absolutely kind and provided good service. It had great and comfortable location with access to W Club nearby. The hotel was in a stunning area, close enough to the public areas lobby, living rooms and the conference center.

Had very relaxing stay during our vacation. All the staff was exceptionally nice and very courteous, fixed our issues. The room itself was new-fashioned with comfortable bathrooms, a bath plus comfortable beds and pillows and the breakfast was large and incredible. Marvellous location, the private parking was available. The hotel was set in an amazing area.

The superior double room is exquisite and has a mini-bar, central heating, and a work desk. The location is marvellous, just a short walk away from Democracy Square. The magnificent restaurant for our dinner is a nice plus.
Views are quite bad and the bathrooms are very small.

excellent design, good services, nice staff, good restaurants, the roof top pool is beautiful.
Room prices are ok but the restaurants are quite expensive. location is a bit out of the city centre but they have a shuttle to take you there and it's possible to also walk.

The bed was comfortable and room was fashionable & exquisite. The outdoor restaurant served a good choice of outstanding food.
